The Williames FNC filler is our premium filler. It is suited to the high speed filling (up to 1500 trays an hour) of a wide range of trays, pots or punnets.
The Williames FNC Filler offers excellent value for money for high volume usage and can be used for a variety of media across all known tray types.
The Williames FNC Filler incorporates:
- Belt feed hopper conveyor supported by rollers.
- A soil accelerator, soil scraper, compacting roller and powered leveling brush to adjust soil media density and control the quality of fill.
- Integrated soil return units recycle the soil mix to prevent wastage and soil contamination.
- Fingertip controls to vary the speed of soil flow filling the tray, the soil density in the tray and the tray speed.
- 1.8 cubic metre capacity.
Further options include a clod breaker, soil beater and powered feed roller.
