Tray Filler - FNC
The Williames FNC filler is our premium filler. It is suited to the high speed filling (up to 1500 trays an hour) of a wide range of trays, pots or punnets.
The Williames FNC Filler offers excellent value for money for high volume usage and can be used for a variety of media across all known tray types.
The Williames FNC Filler incorporates:
Belt feed hopper conveyor supported by rollers.
A soil accelerator, soil scraper, compacting roller and powered leveling brush to adjust soil media density and control the quality of fill.
Integrated soil return units recycle the soil mix to prevent wastage and soil contamination.
Fingertip controls to vary the speed of soil flow filling the tray, the soil density in the tray and the tray speed.
1.8 cubic metre capacity.
Further options include a clod breaker, soil beater and powered feed roller.
