Tray Filler - FLE2
The Williames FLE2 Filler offers excellent value for money and can be used for a variety of media across all known tray types. It is a versatile filler capable of filling up to 750 trays per hour.
The Williames FLE2 Filler incorporates:
Cleated chain conveyor to fix position of trays.
A soil accelerator, soil scraper, soil density control and powered leveling brush to readily vary the quality of fill.
Fluted helix and angled power brush with adjustable height to clean off tray cell without any carry over or secondary dumping.
Integrated soil return units recycle the soil mix to prevent wastage and soil contamination.
Fingertip controls to vary the speed of soil flow filling the tray, the soil density in the tray and the tray speed.
¾ cubic metre capacity with option to expand to 1 cubic metre.
Pause control and emergency stop.
Wheel kits are available for portability and conveyor lengths may be customized on request.
