WILLIAMES LARGE POT & BAG FILLERS were developed in response to customers requests for greater flexibility for potting large scale production of landscape trees.

Landscape trees are grown by specialist tree growers servicing local government and other public authorities where public spaces require all the environmental and aesthetic benefits that only developed trees can confer. They also service new housing developments where the physical, cultural and aesthetic impact of established trees in the landscape are attracting more interest and attention.

The health and safety  of highly trained and skilled employees working in a demanding environment is of great concern to our customers.

They pay close attention to ergonomic factors when the requirement to move large pots made very heavy when filled and planted with established trees is a part of the work process. Two and four stations can be included with large working area set at an ergonomically safe height. Soil return. Safe operation with mesh guarding and auto stop mechanism.

Several designs are available all made from heavy duty materials for reliability and a long productive life for which Williames machines are renowned. They include steel chains and steel cleats, heavy duty drive motors. The soil hopper or feeder bin size can range from 5 to 10 cubic meters.

For a great example of how our potting machines can reduce risk factors and increase your efficiency, check out this video which features one of our clients, ‘Speciality Trees’. Speciality Trees became finalists in the Worksafe Victoria Awards 2018 under the category ‘Best Solution to a Manual Issue’.
